When the other two SIM cards finally arrived, I put them in my safe so I have them just in case I run into any more bullshit like what happened with this situation. It takes a little while for the sim card to activate and you HAVE to call the activation team to do it, but it works. I called them and asked what gives, so they sent me ANOTHER one… which I responded by going to a nearby retail location and they have them in stock. Select Wireless from the myAT&T tab at the top of the page. I made the mistake of allowing them to ship me one and the first one was supposed to arrive in two days, I waited over a week and it still didn’t come. Here are the steps for retrieving a PUK on an AT&T device: Log into myAT&T from your computer. They have to “send” you a new SIM card, except don’t listen to the rep bc they will likely try to tell you they HAVE to send it when they actually keep SIM cards in stock at your local spectrum retail store. Don’t try guessing either because it will lock your SIM card and they can’t unlock it either. I work for the company and I searched high and low for this default pin and they keep that information very well hidden. They don’t have access to that info and no one knows why.
